　　Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ZYS") belongs to China National Machinery Industry Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "SINOMACH"), specializing in bearing comprehensive technology research and development, focusing on the development of high-performance bearings and related products for the key host of national economy and national defense construction.

　　Research and development platform

　　ZYS is a leading scientific and technological enterprise in China's bearing industry, with a series of scientific research platforms such as the China National Accreditation Laboratory for Bearing, the National Bearing Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the National high-performance Bearing Key Laboratory, the national Chinese core journal "Bearing" magazine, and CQC wind power bearing commissioning testing Laboratory.ZYS is a member of the central enterprise major equipment key basic parts innovation consortium, a leading organization unit of the rolling bearing industry technology innovation strategic alliance, a member of the offshore wind power industry technology innovation consortium, and a core unit of Henan tunnelling equipment industry innovation consortium.

　　ZYS is the technical focal point of the rolling bearing industry standardization, the secretariat of the national rolling bearing standardization Technical Committee, and the domestic secretariat of the International standardization Organization ISO/TC4 (Rolling bearings).It has developed and revised industry standards for more than 670 times, and has 832 authorized patents, including 287 invention patents.It has achieved 908 major scientific research projects, won 31 national awards such as the National Invention Award and the National Science and Technology Progress Award, and 234 provincial and ministerial science and technology achievement awards. Among them, the independently developed 18MW wind power spindle bearing won the "Wind Power Leader" best parts product Award sponsored by China Wind Power News Network and wind power think-tank; Independently developed wind turbine main shaft bearings through the China General Certification Center responsible for the CHINA GENERAL CERTTFICATION, and obtained the wind Wind Tturbine Components Certification Certificate;Tapered roller bearings independently developed and produced passed the CNAS inspection report;"Research and Application of key technology of main bearing of 3 ~ 7MW Wind turbine" won the second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of China Machinery Federation.

　　Wind power bearing performance

　　At present, ZYS's products mainly include wind power spindle bearings, yaw propeller bearings and wind power gearbox bearings. The main cooperation customers are Dongfang electric Wind Power Co.,Ltd., Goldwind Science&Technology Co.,Ltd., Mingyang Smart Energy Group Co., Ltd., CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd., China State Shipbuilding Corporation Haizhuang Wind Power Co., Ltd., Harbin Electric Corporation Wind Power Co.,Ltd and other well-known domestic wind power enterprises.

　　ZYS has developed the first domestic 4.5MWTRB wind power spindle bearings, the first domestic offshore 7MWTRB wind power spindle bearings, the first domestic offshore 10MWTRB wind power spindle bearings, the first domestic offshore 18MWTRB wind power spindle bearings, products have been widely used in 1.5 ~ 10MW wind power units.At present, the main shaft bearings of wind power have been supplied to more than 3000 sets with zero failure.

　　ZYS is committed to developing higher performance wind turbine yaw paddle bearings, three-row roller independent paddle bearings, products have been applied to 2MW, 3MW, 4.X ~ 7.XMW wind turbines, and so on, has a total supply of wind turbine yaw paddle bearings more than 3600 sets, zero failure.

　　Productive capacity

　　ZYS construction is equipped with advanced clean assembly room, with 0.2m ~ 7m advanced processing equipment such as car, drill, non-destructive testing, grinding, etc., 6 meters ENRX CNC soft belt hardening machine, wind power bearing testing machine, 5m ZEISS coordinate measuring instrument and other special bearing equipment, with the production and development of high-end products.The products can meet the needs of high-precision and high-quality bearings in the field of wind power.At present, the company has an annual production capacity of 3500 typhoon electric spindle bearings and 3000 typhoon electric yaw variable propeller bearings.
